Is it really free?

Yes. The chat button, the enquiry form and the CETEChat app to answer them are free for any business, with no card and no time limit. Businesses that want quotes, invoices and jobs can add CETECommand later, but you do not need it.

What kind of business is it for?

Any business with a website: cafes and restaurants, shops, wholesalers, car washes, salons, gyms, trades, clinics, real estate, clubs and freelancers. If people visit your website, they can talk to you.

How do I answer?

In the CETEChat app on your phone or computer. Each visitor is their own one-to-one chat in your chats list, and the people you choose get a notification, so the right person answers straight away and nobody else sees it. If the visitor has left the page, your reply is emailed to them.

Does it work with WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify and Wix?

Yes. WordPress and WooCommerce have the free CETEChat plugin (no code, and it tells you when your site is linked). Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and any other site take one line of code, with step by step instructions for each in the app.

What can the enquiry form ask?

Whatever suits you: a quote request, a booking, a wholesale account application, a product question, a call back or a plain message. Each form can ask for an address, a preferred time and photos, in your colours.

My website shows an empty box. What is wrong?

Your website address is not on your list yet. Only the websites you list can show your form and chat, so nobody can copy them onto another site. Open Your website in CETEChat: the address that tried is shown at the top with an Add button.

Are website chats encrypted?

Your team chat in CETEChat is end-to-end encrypted. Website chats are not, because the visitor is on your website and not in the app. Visitors can move to CETEChat in one tap for a private, encrypted conversation.

Does the form say CETEChat?

A small "by CETEChat" line sits under the form and the chat. It is how we keep it free.
